Open Positions Sales and Operations Associate, Live events

Role Description: We are seeking an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented Sales and Operations Associate, Live Events, to join our team, specializing in the entertainment industry. The Sales and Operations Associate, Live Events, will be responsible for managing client relationships, assisting with all aspects of reporting (internal and external), implementing industry best practices, and more to increase product adoption. This role will partner with multiple departments internally to assist with the client experience and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and maintain event and seasonality calendars that align with the sports and entertainment industry trends, including identifying new opportunities/clients.
  • Identify revenue opportunities by analyzing event schedules and anticipating client needs based on upcoming events and seasonality.
  • Work closely with the legal and sales teams to review, manage, and update contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure clients receive relevant and timely communications.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices within the entertainment domain, integrating these insights into revenue management strategies.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance revenue coordination efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct research on the entertainment industry, analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and creative product implementation opportunities.
  • Facilitate best practice usage of product solutions to help clients maximize their investment.
  • Maintain a pulse on assigned industries of clients, including seasonal and annual trends, and advocate that perspective internally for strategic planning purposes


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Entertainment, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in revenue coordination and customer-facing responsibilities in a SaaS environment within the sports and entertainment industry.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and solutions that provide compelling value to our clients.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to clients.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of conversational AI and its application in the entertainment industry is a plus.
