We believe that work is what you do, not where you go. With Covid Satisfi became a 100% distributed team. You can work from any location as long as you cover the core company hours. We do have a few company meetups each year, but otherwise you can work from any location where you chose to live your life. To help ensure your success we also provide certain subsidies for your home office.
Fair Compensation and Time Off

We also believe that everyone needs time off on a regular basis to recharge and it is our shared responsibility to make sure you get it. We have 12 mandatory company holidays throughout the year and there is no fixed limit on vacation.
