Vice President of Sales

As the Head of Sales at Satisfi Labs, you’ll be responsible for delivering an aggressive pipeline of new business and flagship logos to the organization. As the leader of the high value, hyper-growth Revenue team, you will manage a diverse sales team of varying skills across industries such as sports, tourism, entertainment, hospitality, and more. This person will be adept at fostering relationships, has experience comfortably speaking to complex technology and relating it to practical business use cases navigating complex organizations, uncovering decision-makers, identifying compelling events and finally,  coaching and managing a team to take contacts from prospects to clients.

This role reports directly to the CEO based in New York City. 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for executing Satisfi’s new business sales strategy across all verticals leading a diverse team of sellers. 
  • Establish a formal sales quota process from quarterly and annual targets to individual seller goals. Align sales goals with overall company goals, including retention and partnership revenue.
  • Set and execute an aggressive customer acquisition strategy, including outbound tactics, conferences, marketing campaigns, travel, etc. Partner with Marketing to create measurable sales campaigns leveraging Satisfi’s full suite of products. 
  • Maintain key customer relationships to nurture a strong referral business building consultative relationships with clients to solve strategic issues and generate opportunities and engage in the projects to maximize high-value customers.
  • Own Salesforce sales tool for team measurement and sales tracking via dashboards and custom reports. 
  • Must collaborate across the company to align and achieve financial and cultural goals. Heightened partnership with Head of Product, COO, and Marketing to ensure alignment across business requirements and market needs. 
  • Generate scalable, repeatable, and predictable revenue streams.
  • Build a performance-driven culture with data, customer satisfaction, and growth focus.
